The PFA plug valve is designed for high-purity semiconductor applications. The design uses a molded high-purity PFA valve body and a machined PTFE stem. The minimal appearance design is extremely suitable for semiconductor applications with extremely high space requirements. The crimping of the valve stem and valve body ensures sealing while maintaining smooth 90° rotation operation. The precision design structure reduces the risk of leakage.
