Remark:

1. Length and tolerance: The length of the pipe is expressed in **M, and the tolerance is 0~≠2%. The allowable length tolerance of other specifications is 0~≠2%.
2. Other sizes can be ordered.
3. The amount of metal dissolution is in accordance with SEMI F57 specifications.

• Excellent chemical resistance: The attraction between heterogeneous molecules is very small, so it is resistant to strong acids (hydrofluoric acid) and solvents and has excellent inactivity and resistance/drug resistance to chemicals, and it does not react to almost all chemicals.
• Wide range of operating temperatures: PFA has good thermal stability and will not deform even when used continuously at the highest temperature of 260°C. It is resistant to moisture penetration and is suitable for use at low temperatures above -60°C.
• Non-stickiness: low friction, low viscosity, and high water and oil repellency on the surface of water and oil, which can increase the reliability of the raw material.
• Excellent weather resistance: no loss or deformation when directly exposed to sunlight, rain or exhaust gas, and no change in characteristics after long-term exposure outdoors.
• Excellent insulating material: very low dielectric constant and extremely low dielectric dissipation factor.
• Long service life: PFA has the lowest friction coefficient among solid resins, so it has excellent wear resistance and can effectively reduce costs.
• PFA Tubing tube is a semiconductor acid-resistant tube that can be processed into a PFA spiral tube with flanges or other connections. It is widely used in semiconductor wafer cleaning tank tubes, heat exchangers, etc.
